The Medical Testing Center - An extension of your doctor's office!
The Family Care Network Medical Testing Center (MTC) is an extension of your doctor's office. We provide specialized diagnostic testing that is ordered by your physician. Tests available include home sleep apnea testing, exercise treadmills, cardiac perfusion studies, nuclear medicine imaging, Holter Monitor Testing, peripheral artery disease testing, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and bone density testing for osteoporosis. In addition, anyone may refer themselves for an inexpensive body fat analysis test. The tests offered at the Medical Testing Center focus on screening for health issues, and the diagnosis of disease. Ferndale Family Medical Center welcomes Renay Fredette, MD, MSNu
Dr. Renay Fredette joined Family Care Network - Ferndale in November 2009. Dr Fredette graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and trained at St. Elizabeth's Family Medicine Residency Program in Youngstown, OH. She is board certified in Family Medicine with Obstetrics.
Prior to relocating to Bellingham, Dr. Fredette was Clinical Associate Director for Akron General Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program in Akron, OH. She also worked in an urgent care clinic for 4M Emergency Systems.
Dr. Fredette looks forward to developing a relationship with her patients where trust, communication, and compassion are a priority. "I believe that health is not limited to your body, but involves all of you, including your emotional and spiritual health."
Dr. Fredette loves spending time with her young children and husband, gardening, hiking/backpacking, and running. She also likes to dance, bake, paint and support Art4Causes.

After Hours Urgent Care and Medical Testing Center have moved to new location
The After Hours Urgent Care Clinic and the Medical Testing Center have now moved. They are now located together at 3130 Squalicum Parkway, across the street from St. Francis Extended Care near St. Joseph Hospital.
After Hours Urgent Care is open Weekday evenings 5 PM to 9 PM, Weekends and Holidays 1 PM to 5 PM.
The Medical Testing Center is open 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
Our patients are invited to use our After Hours Urgent Care Clinic if urgent problems arise when their doctor's office is closed. The After Hours Urgent Care Clinic is not a replacement for the hospital emergency department, but rather, it is an after hours office which is available for those unanticipated illnesses or injuries which people would ordinarily consult their family doctor about.
