Who is Family Care Network (FCN)?

In 1999, forty-four family physicians came together around a common vision of providing the best family medical care in the country, to form Family Care Network (FCN). Today we are located throughout Whatcom County in 11 convenient and accessible locations, and we desire to be your medical home.

Our doctors specialize in the common health care problems of children and adults, including health and wellness care. They are board certified family physicians, which now means three years of medical training after medical school, followed by continued life long education and recertification examinations to maintain their specialty knowledge. At FCN, we are committed to studying the results of the care we deliver, in order to continuously improve and pursue new and innovative solutions that meet our patient’s needs.

Towards this goal we have implemented:

• Anticoagulation Clinic in FCN offices to monitor anticoagulation therapy.
• Telephone care protocols for some minor emergencies to improve convenience and lower cost.
