We are in the process of upgrading our InTouch software. Our previous InTouch product is a web based tool that allows FCN patients to communicate, via email, with their FCN provider. The new upgraded InTouch will add more functionality:
Available now –
1. On-line Bill Pay and e-statements
2. On Line appointment requests
3. View your current allergy and medications lists
4. View your appointment and office visit history
5. View your medication refill history
(Please continue to initiate a refill request through your pharmacy.)
Additional features coming soon –
1. Patient messaging functionality
2. Ability to view additional medical information on line: labs, immunizations, patient handouts, etc.
Because the patient messaging functionality is not currently available, InTouch users with accounts already, will need to continue to continue to use the same method they have been when sending messages. Sometime soon we will have the enhanced messaging features available. Once they are available, we will ask patients to begin using only the new method when communicating electronically with their provider.
Again, regardless of which method you use, old or new, InTouch services are free of charge!
