FCN's electronic medical record experienced an internal system error and is currently down. The downtime is expected to last throughout the day.
Clinics and urgent care are open today and seeing patients. Staff and providers have initiated downtime protocols for office visits and phone calls, which may take additional time to process.
Several other areas are also affected:
- Staff do not have access to schedules to make future appointments.
- Staff are not able to pull up a current version of today’s scheduled visits. If you did not receive a link to access a scheduled telemedicine appointment, please call the clinic and they can provide the link verbally.
- The patient portal is down. For urgent medical issues, please call the clinic directly.
- Our patient accounts department is not able to take payments over the phone. Please use online bill pay to make a payment.
We ask for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Our top priority is to ensure our patients are receiving all necessary care. For urgent medial issues, please call your clinic.
