We are located next to St. Joseph Hospital on Squalicum Parkway in the Medical Office Plaza ("clock tower building"). Evelyn (Evy) Oxenford, ARNP, RCP, joined Squalicum Family Medicine in September 2008. She is a native of Norway, and immigrated to the US in her teens. She attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate degree and received her Nurse Practitioner training at Ohio State University.
