Evelyn (Evy) Oxenford, ARNP, RCP, joined Squalicum Family Medicine in September 2008. She is a native of Norway, and immigrated to the US in her teens. She attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate degree and received her Nurse Practitioner training at Ohio State University.

As of August 2, 2010, the After Hours Urgent Care Clinic and the Medical Testing Center will be located together in a new office, 3130 Squalicum Parkway, across the street from St. Francis Extended Care near St. Joseph Hospital.

H1N1 Vaccine is available at the local health department. Most of our clinics have used up our distribution of H1N1 vaccine and as such may direct you to the health dept for further assistance. Most of the manufactured vaccine from 2009 was to expire in March /April 2010 as this was the anticipated end of the season this is why there are slowly diminishing supplies as product
