Kellie L. Jacobs, MD

KELLIE JACOBS, MD was raised in Georgia, attended Smith College and obtained her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School, New Hampshire. She received her Family Medicine training in Colorado. Dr. Jacobs is married to Dr. Tom Schneider (another Family Health Associates physician) and has three sons. She joined Family Health Associates in 1991 and practices full spectrum Family Medicine, with special interests in healthcare for children and helping people stay healthy.
