Matt W. Werner, MD

Born and raised in Bellingham, Dr. Werner is thrilled to be providing health care to the community that he has always considered home. After attending Western Washington University and obtaining a degree in history, Dr. Werner moved on to the University of Washington School of Medicine, always with the goal of becoming a family doctor. After completing three more years of specialized training in a family medicine residency program within the UW system, including a year serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Werner returned to Bellingham with his wife Jennifer. They now have one young son and are very happy to know they will raise their family in such an incredible community.

Dr. Werner practices the entire spectrum of family medicine, with a particular interest in obstetrical care, office-based procedures and caring for young children.
