Miriam R. Shapiro, MD

MIRIAM SHAPIRO, M.D. was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Texas. She attended Rice University and received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, then moved to Colorado for her training in Family Medicine. Dr. Shapiro joined Family Health Associates in October, 1991, and practices full spectrum Family Medicine with an emphasis on obstetrics, women's health, pediatrics, wellness and prevention. When she is not busy with health care, Dr. Shapiro likes to garden, read, dance, knit, but mostly spend time with her husband Greg and their two daughters.
