At Family Care Network, we value and care about our VA patients. That’s why it saddens us that the VA is changing how it contracts with community providers.
Starting July 1, FCN will no longer be an “in-network” provider with the VA. We understand this change may cause concern and inconvenience during an already difficult time. We are helping our VA patients plan for this transition the best we can.
As part of our efforts to continue care, VA patients can continue to see their Family Care Network provider or use other FCN services, such as lab and urgent care, if they have an alternate healthcare plan that FCN can bill or if they choose cash pay.
We hope the VA changes its contracts with community providers in the future to include Family Care Network and look forward to continuing care for our VA patients.
If you’re a VA patient, you may have received an FCN letter with instructions. Please contact your clinic as soon as possible so we can help you review your options.
