In 2016, my husband and I fell in love with the Bellingham area’s natural beauty and were happy to discover the richness of the community, as well as the high quality medical care that is available here through Family Care Network. Bellingham is our new home, and I am excited to be part of the hard working team at North Sound Family Medicine.
I grew up in Texas and received a medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. My family medicine residency was in Modesto, California (UC Davis system), where I served as chief resident during my final year. After residency, I worked in various clinics and hospitals in California and Alaska, and then joined the teaching faculty at Hennepin County Medical Center family medicine residency program in Minneapolis. My focus in teaching was in women’s health care and obstetrics. My family then relocated to Pullman, Washington where I was privileged to serve families and individuals at Pullman Family Medicine and Pullman Regional Hospital.
I offer more than 20 years of full-spectrum family medicine experience. I’m eager to team with patients and families to achieve the best health possible and work toward life balance. I enjoy working with all ages in practice, with a special fondness for pregnancy care and the transition to parenthood.
My husband, Dr. Jeff Radakovich, has also joined Family Care Network with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports medicine. We have a son and a daughter – both adults. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, gardening and playing in the water. Indoors, I like to try my hand at sketching, watercolor and playing the cello.
