On-Demand Telemedicine

Family Care Network offers a virtual healthcare option for urgent medical concerns, called On-Demand Telemedicine. No appointment necessary; patients are seen first come, first served.

Telemedicine visits require a smartphone, computer or tablet with a forward-facing camera and microphone.

  • During open hours, click “Start On-Demand” and follow the prompts to check in to the virtual waiting room.
  • Always ALLOW access to your camera and microphone.
  • Browser Tip: Use Chrome or Safari. Do not use Explorer.
  • IMPORTANT: Do not close or refresh your browser window or allow your mobile device to lock while you are waiting or during check in.

I have a scheduled Telemedicine appointment. Do I check in here?

Do not check in here if you have a scheduled telemedicine appointment. Follow the check-in instructions provided by your clinic. Call your clinic or use your InTouch Patient Portal account for general medical or billing questions, refills, referrals, etc.

I have an on the job injury. Can I use On-Demand Telemedicine?

If this is an L&I claim, you must be seen in person. Please make an appointment with one of our clinics or visit one of our Urgent Care Clinics.

What do I need for my Telemedicine visit?
