What is the age requirement for a Family Care Network MyChart account?
FCN patients must be age 13 or older to have a MyChart account.
Adults age 18+ can self sign-up online or through the MyChart app, with or without an activation code.
Patients age 13-17 require an activation code to create an account (online or app). Please call your clinic for more information.
Can a parent access their child’s (age 12 and under) medical information in MyChart?
Yes. Once the parent has set up a MyChart account for themselves, they can use the “Request Access to a Child” form available in the main menu, under “Sharing”. They can also call the clinic to request access, or request access in person at the clinic.
Can a parent create or access a MyChart account for a teen (age 13-17)?
No. Teen patients can set up their own account with an activation code provided by their clinic, either by calling or in person.
Can I use MyChart while traveling?
Yes, but it depends on your location. You can access MyChart in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Ireland, and Sweden. It is not accessible from other countries, due to security concerns.
Can I use my InTouch username and password to log in to MyChart?
No. If you are accessing MyChart for the first time, you need to set up an account as a New User. You will be asked to set up a username and password for MyChart during this process.
How do I get help with a MyChart account?
Please call your clinic during business hours. They can help with account set up, log in issues, password resets, messaging issues, etc.
