Family Care Network recently learned that some patients may have received a message in error the morning of July 20, 2023. The message thanked the patient for scheduling an appointment and included a MyChart activation link.
The message was an internal error at FCN, triggered when we transferred past appointment data from our previous electronic health record to our new system. We want to reassure any patients who received the message that it originated with FCN, and no data was compromised or breached.
Patients can disregard the message if a new appointment was not scheduled.
