Family Care Network (FCN) will open a new primary care clinic on Monday, June 16 in Blaine. FCN’s Birch Bay Family Medicine will close and move to their new location under a new name, Blaine Family Medicine. All of the existing Birch Bay providers and staff will move over to the Blaine location, and current Birch Bay patients will automatically become patients of Blaine Family Medicine.
Located at 861 Grant Ave., the 5,800-square-foot clinic has 12 exam rooms, a procedure room, triage room, on-site lab services and behavioral health services. The clinic’s phone number will remain the same.

Family Care Network purchased the land for the new clinic site in 2019 but had to delay plans for construction due to the pandemic.
“After many years of planning, we are more than excited to start seeing patients at our new location,” said CEO Rodney Anderson, MD. “This clinic represents our ongoing, long-term commitment to all of the local communities we serve in the north county.”
The new location will add enough space for Blaine Family Medicine to welcome two new physicians this fall, Roma Nagin, MD and Zafir Khan, MD. Both doctors have family in the area and are looking forward to becoming an integral part of the Blaine community.
Birch Bay Family Medicine is currently accepting new patients. Blaine Family Medicine will begin scheduling new patients for Dr. Nagin and Dr. Khan starting in mid-August. Please call (360) 371-5855 for more information.
