UPDATE, 10:50am: Clinics are starting to see restored service. The list below will be updated as we receive new information.

Many Family Care Network clinics have been impacted by a widespread internet and phone outage. All clinics remain open at this time and are seeing patients as scheduled. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we shift to downtime procedures in affected clinics. Please note, lab draw stations may not be able to access lab orders in clinics without internet access.

If you are trying to call a clinic and can’t get through, please try again later. Patients can also make scheduling changes or send a secure message (for non-urgent medical questions) through MyChart.
