Heather L. Honey, DO

I am a full spectrum family physician who was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I received my bachelor of science degree in biology at Saint Leo University in Florida where I attended on a softball pitching scholarship. I stayed in Florida to attend medical school at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my family medicine internship and residency training at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. I am board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

I chose family medicine because I enjoy taking care of the entire family. I believe prevention is the key to maintaining good health. Working with patients and families, in an open and relaxed environment, creates the optimal setting for quality care. My clinical interests include women’s health, pediatrics, obstetrics and preventive medicine.

In my free time, I enjoy scuba diving, snowboarding, hiking, organized sports and spending time with my wonderful husband, two adorable daughters and my rambunctious dogs.
