Jas Khehra, ARNP

I’m a family nurse practitioner with a strong background in primary care medicine. I earned by Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University and completed my family nurse practitioner training at United States University. Since graduation, I have practiced in family medicine, caring for patients across the lifespan in busy outpatient settings. My training and experience have prepared me to make thoughtful clinical decisions while delivering efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

My philosophy of care centers on compassionate, evidence-based practice with a holistic approach to health. I believe in treating the whole person by addressing physical, emotional, and social factors that influence well-being. I prioritize clear communication and patient education, ensuring individuals understand their diagnosis and feel confident in their treatment plan. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment, especially during urgent or stressful visits.

Outside of work, I value maintaining balance and overall wellness. I enjoy exercising, yoga, and meditation. I love traveling, experiencing new cultures, and exploring different cuisines. Family is very important to me, and I value meaningful connections. These interests support my ability to bring empathy, energy, and presence into every patient interaction.
