Jessica Klassen, ARNP
I’ve worked in a hospital setting since 1995 as a registered nurse in all areas, from rehabilitation to critical care. I went to graduate school at Gonzaga University and became a family nurse practitioner in 2014. I am board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
As a family nurse practitioner, I provide primary care for all ages, from newborns to the oldest adults. I diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic lab work and tests, and prescribe medications and treatments; when needed I refer to specialists.
Living in Birch Bay, I enjoy providing primary care in my community, and partnering together with my patients to help them achieve the best health possible. I also work part-time as a provider in our inpatient services program, caring for FCN patients who are admitted to St. Joseph Medical Center.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children and volunteering at church.
