Jonathan K. Ploudré, MD

I grew up in Kirkland, Wash. and frequently visited my parents’ cabin on Lake Cavanaugh. I attended college at Stanford University. After college, I spent two years in the Peace Corps teaching science in Western Samoa. Then I went to East Tennessee State University for medical school. I did residency training at Tacoma Family Medicine and am board certified in family medicine.

I joined NCFP in 2005. Like many family practice providers, I have many medical interests including pregnancy care, delivering babies, children, end-of-life, and everything in between.

I’m an avid technophile and I do some administrative work for Family Care Network focusing on our computer systems and trying to improve community health.

My wife and I enjoy spending time with our three daughters. I also enjoy hiking; It seems like every trail on Little Mountain is my favorite while I’m on it. I enjoy reading and science fiction. Our clinic has a Star Wars exam room — it’s full of fun toys.

Dr. Ploudré is proud to provide OB care. When OB care is provided by a family physician, it is unique in many ways! Learn more.
