Katya Melnik, ARNP

I was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States when I was 10 years old. I attended Western Washington University, where I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I continued my education at University of Cincinnati, where I received a bachelor’s of science in nursing. I worked at the emergency department as a registered nurse while completing my master’s degree in family practice nursing.

I am very passionate about medicine. As much as I loved emergency medicine, I have truly developed a love for family practice. I love getting to know my patients and recognizing their individual healthcare needs. I enjoy treating acute conditions as well as preventive care.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband and our four sons. You can usually find us at a soccer field or our church. I also enjoy traveling, especially with all the kids, and spending time reading a good book.
