Matt W. Werner, MD

Born and raised in Bellingham, I have had the privilege to deliver healthcare to my home town and surrounding communities since 2004. I graduated from Western Washington University and the University of Washington School of Medicine. I completed my family medicine residency at Valley Medical Center in Renton, Wash., where I served as chief resident in my final year.

I practice comprehensive family medicine and take pride in maximizing my patients’ time and health care dollars by providing an extensive array of medical services under one familiar roof. I continue to find working with patients of all ages the most rewarding aspect of family practice. I value Family Care Network for so many reasons, and our goal of remaining provider-owned and independent provides me the autonomy to practice how I feel will best suit my patients.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons enjoying the outdoors, whether it be gardening, crabbing or exploring our many trails.
