Megan Gruber, ARNP
After completing my undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University, I started my career as a registered nurse at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, where I worked for six years in the pediatric intensive care unit. I earned a master’s degree from Washington State University to become a family nurse practitioner and have been board-certified since 2008. In my career as an ARNP I have practiced in various settings including primary care, urgent care, and women’s health.
I believe in building trusting relationships with patients and their families. It is my goal to provide integrated, compassionate care and help empower people to make informed choices about their health regardless of age, race, creed, or gender. I am open to using traditional and complimentary alternative options while treating my patients. I emphasize preventive care and advocate for the development of healthy lifestyles. I enjoy many aspects of primary care, including women’s health and pediatrics, and recently began expanding my practice to include gender affirming care.
When not at work, I love exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with my husband and child. You’ll often find us out mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and swimming. I also practice yoga and meditation and love to draw and cook.
