Michael A. Fleming, PA-C

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, I completed my undergraduate studies in economics and accounting at Western Washington University before earning my medical education through the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Training Program at the University of Washington. I graduated with a master’s degree in clinical health services from the University of Washington School of Medicine.

I chose family medicine to take a proactive, whole-person approach to health and to help patients improve their quality of life. I prioritize pragmatic, individualized care and believe in clear, direct communication to support shared decision-making. I have a special interest in clinic-based procedures, including newborn circumcision, minimally invasive vasectomy, skin excisions, joint injections, and toenail removal.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing, reading, triathlons, and cheering on the Vancouver Canucks.
