I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I spent a lot of time hiking, trail running, and enjoying the mountains with my family. I completed my undergraduate degree in health promotion and education at the University of Utah, then went on to earn a master’s degree in biomedical sciences and a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Rocky Vista University. I came to Skagit County for my family medicine residency (where I served as lead resident) and quickly fell in love with the community and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I’m grateful to now care for patients and families with Family Care Network.

I chose family medicine because I value caring for people through every stage of life and building long-term relationships with patients and families. My clinical interests include pediatrics, prenatal care, women’s health, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), and in-office procedures. I bring a whole-person approach to each visit and enjoy teaching patients about their health, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and involved in their care. I speak Spanish, which I learned while living in Colombia for two years, and I value being able to connect with patients and families in their preferred language whenever I can.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children. We love baking bread from freshly ground wheat, gardening, kayaking, hiking, and exploring all that Skagit County has to offer. This community has become home for our family, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to care for the people who live here.
