Welcome to Chuckanut Family Medicine! Chuckanut Family Medicine became part of Family Care Network, a locally owned and operated group of clinics, in 2022. We are passionate about optimum health and wellness for our community. We work with our patients and our team to build strong relationships, creating a rewarding and positive healthcare experience.
Located in the heart of Fairhaven, we value open and honest communication, and are dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare for your family.
