Welcome to Chuckanut Family Medicine! Chuckanut Family Medicine became part of Family Care Network, a locally owned and operated group of clinics, in 2022. Located in the heart of Fairhaven, we value open and honest communication, and are dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare for your family.
