Starting Monday, Aug. 7, FCN’s On-Demand Telemedicine service will temporarily return to the Doxy.me video visit platform. We are hopeful that this change will provide a trusted and familiar experience for our patients while we work on improvements to the video platform we introduced in June. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these transitions.
Patients can access On-Demand Telemedicine through the link on our On-Demand Telemedicine page. Patients will be directed to a secure virtual waiting room, then a representative will communicate via chat to complete check-in.
Please note that this change only applies to On-Demand Telemedicine; patients should continue to use the MyChart patient portal to schedule and check in for appointments, view test results, and communicate with your FCN care team.
