Please review the following information, then click "Start On-Demand" at the bottom of the page to enter the virtual waiting room.
 

IMPORTANT: Do not close or refresh your browser window or allow your mobile device to lock while you are waiting or during check in.


1.  Please call your clinic or use your InTouch patient portal account to:

  • Schedule an appointment (in person or via telemedicine) or get help with telemedicine check-in
  • Get help with general medical questions, billing, refills, referrals, etc.

2.  These types of appointments should be scheduled with your regular provider (in-person or via telemedicine):

  • Immunizations
  • Well exams
  • Follow-up appointments
  • Routine check-ups for chronic conditions
  • Medication reviews

3. L&I visits for on-the-job injuries must be seen in person.

Monday-Friday: 8am-9pm
Saturday, Sunday &Holidays: 9am-5pm
