Welcome to Family Care Network Anticoagulation Services (ACS). Oral anticoagulation care is managed by specially trained nurses under the supervisoin of an FCN physician. Visits are by appointment at different locations each day of the week.
Family Care Network’s commitment to compassionate, coordinated health care now extends beyond the doctor’s office. Our Care Management Team works with medically vulnerable patients – older adults and those who have trouble leaving home for their care.

Family Care Network operates an inpatient hospitalist service for our patients who are admitted to St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham. If you are seen at another hospital, your care will be coordinated by the hospital physician on staff at that location.
Our medical testing center is an extension of your doctor’s office. We provide specialized testing ordered by your physician to screen for health issues and diagnose diseases.
Many of our family physicians in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Birch Bay, and Mount Vernon provide family-centered obstetrical care. When OB care is provided by a family physician, it is unique in many ways.
Sports medicine specializes in the non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. A sports medicine specialist is a physician with significant additional training in both the treatment and prevention of illness and injury.
When traveling outside of the country, it is wise to consult with a travel medicine doctor before you leave. These doctors have advanced training in a branch of medicine that studies the prevention and management of health problems for international travelers.
Illness and injuries don't always happen during normal office hours. That's why we make our After-Hours Urgent Care Center in Bellingham available exclusively for Family Care Network patients. We can handle most urgent needs that can't wait until morning.
