UPDATE, 3PM: On-Demand Telemedicine service is now open.

UPDATE, 10AM: On-Demand Telemedicine closed at 10am Monday, due to the internet service interruption. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Urgent Care locations in Bellingham, Lynden and Mount Vernon will be open 1-9pm.

UPDATE, 9AM: FCN made adjustments to our phone system to move phone lines affected by the service interruption to a back-up server, however it means there are fewer lines available overall. Patients may get a busy signal when calling. Please try calling back later, or consider sending a secure message to your care team via the patient portal.

A statewide service downtime with our broadband carrier may impact internet service at all FCN locations today, including incoming and outgoing phone calls. We have reported the outage to our vendor and they are actively working on repairs.

Clinics are open and operating normal hours today. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will do our best to reduce any impacts to our patents.
