Welcome to North Cascade Family Physicians! Family medicine is the primary care specialty that provides comprehensive care for the individual and family. NCFP medical staff diagnose and treat all areas of general health care including pediatric and adolescent health, women’s health and gynecology, men’s health and aging issues. All NCFP physicians are board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
At the heart of this specialty is the patient-physician relationship. Our staff members value, develop and nurture this relationship among family members. You can depend on complete, personal care from medical professionals who take special interest in your unique health needs and in you as a person. If needed, we can also refer you to specialty care.
Continuous care for you and your family is our priority. We will welcome your new baby and support you as a new parent through our well child and pediatric services.

On-site lab and x-ray
We are pleased to offer convenient, in-house blood testing. A direct computer interface links the lab to our electronic medical record. This interface allows us to provide your results quickly. In addition, the clinic houses an x-ray facility. We generally review x-rays with you while you are here. Then they are sent to a radiologist.
Minor surgeries and procedures
- Mole and cyst removal, laceration repair
- Gynecologic procedures, including IUD placement
URGENT CARE/WALK IN CLINIC
We offer urgent care and walk-in services six days a week to meet your medical needs when your regular doctor is not available, when it is not convenient to schedule an appointment, or when you need to be seen for an immediate health concern. We strive to provide prompt, thorough care to our patients, preventing many unnecessary Emergency Department visits. Because our Urgent Care Clinic is in the same building, we bill to insurance the same as we would for a normal office visit. If your insurance requires a copay, we'll accept the amount listed as an office visit, not as urgent care or emergency (which can save you money).
We accept a wide variety of major insurance plans. If you have questions on whether or not we accept your insurance plan, please call us at (360) 428-1700. NCFP accepts private pay patients with a $50 down payment at time of service.
