Our regular clinic hours are 7am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. We ask that you call ahead and make an appointment with us if you need to be seen. Phone calls are taken 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you need to be seen by a medical provider when our office is closed, the Family Care Network Urgent Care is open Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm; and Saturday-Sunday and holidays 9am-5pm. FCN Lab Services is open Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.


We begin answering incoming calls at 8am. During office hours, phone calls will be received by our telephone staff and directed to a nurse, physician, or other staff member. If you need to speak with one of us, please give the receptionist your name and the phone number where you can be reached during the day or early evening. We will make every effort to return your non-emergency phone calls by the end of the same working day. If your problem is an emergency, please let the receptionist know and a staff member will assist you as soon as possible. Please contact your pharmacy for routine medication refills 48-72 hours in advance of when needed.


We ask that you call us 24 hours in advance to cancel any appointment, unless an emergency occurs. If you fail to cancel your appointment, three such "no shows" within two years may be cause for dismissal from our practice. Failure to keep an initial appointment to establish care is also cause for dismissal. We ask your cooperation in scheduling routine visits such as Well Adult Exams, Well Child Checks, school forms, and sports physical forms at least six weeks in advance.


Family Care Network is committed to protecting your health information. We keep a record of the health care services we provide you. You may ask to see and copy that record, and request changes to information that is inaccurate or incomplete. We will not use or disclose your health information to others without your authorization, except as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices or as required by law. A physician is available through our answering service 24 hours a day to respond to your emergent problems at (360) 715-2448. We ask that you use the answering service only for urgent or emergent problems.


All emergencies will be seen as a priority and, as such, will be treated promptly. A life-threatening emergency requires prompt attention in an Emergency Room. Call 911 for assistance or go directly to St. Joseph Medical Center, which has 24-hour physician coverage. Infrequently, emergencies do arise which take one of us away from the office. We realize this can create inconveniences for you and your family and try to minimize the impact to our patients. At times we regretfully must interrupt office visits to discuss ongoing patient care with our staff, other physicians, and the hospital staff. We appreciate your understanding, and we will try to keep the interruptions to a minimum.


Our services include full-spectrum family medicine, gynecology, newborn care, pediatrics (children's care), and minor office surgical procedures such as suturing of lacerations, casting fractures, vasectomies, and circumcisions. We also assist in surgery. Counseling and guidance through all times of complex health care is always provided. If your minor child comes to our office alone, please be certain that they have current insurance information with them and make sure they have an Advance Consent to Treat Minors form on file.
